Return & Refund Policy



Chocolates items are not accepted back once they are opened or if the parcel is delivered in a perfect condition. In case you are not satisfied with the chocolates or if there are any other issues, please contact us, we will try our best to resolve your issues.

In case of Undelivered Parcels : – We make every effort to communicate with the customer/buyer and the courier by phone or email. However, in case of a situation that the customer/buyer is not available at his place for several days or if he refuses to accept the parcel or due to any reason the parcel is returned back, there is no refund issue for that order. The chocolates after being in transit for several days are not in a condition to be accepted back.

Please note that this is a customised product which is made to order, and cannot not be sold to someone else.

Our summer packaging ensures that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition . This packaging uses insulated containers and refrigerant packs to maintain an interior temperature between 15°C and 20°C (59°F and 67°F) until delivery, regardless of the outside weather and temperature.
