In case you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care at support@1stcrushchocolates.com, within 24hrs of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) in support of your dissatisfaction.

 Please note that if we do not receive a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the product you will not be eligible for any replacement.

Refunds are not offered.

Please read and understand the terms of cancellation and returns carefully.

1. Cancellation

Once an order goes into the production queue it cannot be cancelled.

Kindly note that for a customised product, made to your order, there will be no cancellation.

2. Changes in order/ customisation details / shipping address

It is not possible for us to edit customisation details such as name, photo or message given or uploaded by the customer. If there is a change in shipping address it needs to be communicated to us immediately after placing the order. We will try and accommodate the change but we cannot be held responsible for delay or non delivery of such an order

3. Mistakes in product

1st Crush Chocolates is not liable for typos or mistakes in the information / images uploaded or submitted by the customer.

In case the customisation details given by the customer have not been incorporated into the product correctly we will make and re-ship the order at no extra charge.

4. Melted Chocolates/ Other Damage

Please note that this is an edible product and there can be small differences/variations in the prints on  chocolates. In cases where there is significant damage we will re-ship the order.

Our summer packaging ensures that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition . This packaging uses insulated containers and refrigerant packs to maintain an interior temperature between 15°C and 20°C (59°F and 67°F) until delivery, regardless of the outside weather and temperature.

5. Delayed Delivery/ Non Delivery of order

We will ship your order to the shipping address you provide. Please include a street address, name, apartment numbers, pincode  where applicable to ensure proper delivery.

1st Crush Chocolates is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

1. You provide an incorrect / incomplete / outdated address.

2. Your recipient is out of town or not available.

We are also not liable for delivery delays that are outside of our control, such as extreme weather conditions, or other general delays on the carriers’ end.
